Root Cwm recovery touch

Looks like the GSM variant of our CDMA. Probably just pack our kernel with their rom? I don't know anything about devwork, I would love to learn.

I tried that, got a security error and had to reflash, luckily only had to reflash a nandroid and not download mode.

So to clarify this recovery is safe to flash onto the LG LS740 and is not just a bootable CWM, because I know some other recoverys have bricked LS 740s.

use the other clockworkmod recovery on the forum, this one, my twrp and my philz are still having issues with the phone radio working after flash. these recoveries except for the non-touch clockworkmod are just proof of concepts right now.

Is there any reason not to just keep ADB booting the non-touch CWM incase it bugs out and just install whatever ROMs come out through the booted CWM or do boot time errors occur if you dont have it fully flashed.

Either will work. I install it so I can have it anywhere I go, but its really just personal preference. Both ways are valid.

not sure if it works but here you go https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzsQwTUZjTO5MGxUSFVwQ0lvdkU/view?usp=sharing

killed link as BackHandLegend solved his prob
I went ahead and tested it anyway. It flashed but not correctly and didn't finish flashing. I see a line where it starts replacing the recovery and then the screen goes black with the led notification on. I still feel as though maybe zippable recoveries, (if possible) would benefit the community and those with non working usb/data mounts. If I can remember back on my Evo 3D we flashed recoveries within recoveries using "AROMA INSTALLER". Maybe there's something similar for our phones.
