Root CWM Recovery v5.0.2.8 can't mout help please

this happened to me today after I was trying to update some apps. there was a voicemail update and a couple others, after the updated my phone restarted and got stuck on the HTC screen. I started formatting the cache, and user data, and system, and it would get stuck. I pulled battery and tried again and it would get stuck again. I don't think this is a coincidence.

I sent my rooted phone to HTC after exhausting all options. I thought it would be cheaper for them to fix than to buy a new phone. They sent back a replacement phone no questions asked. Awesome!
