Root Cy or touchwizz?

First of all, am I even able to run cymod 10 on my unlocked i9305 in uk? And if so will it speed up/safe more battery than default touchwizz ui? Ive heard it's very stable now would that be true

CyanogenMod Downloads Looks like the only builds of cm 10.1 (don't see cm 10) available are nightlies, which may or may not be the most stable, depending on the day. Hopefully someone with experience with them can chime in with their opinion.

I've found that running cm on my device is faster and has about the same battery life as the ROM that came with the phone, but isn't rock solid stable. Every once in a while something will crash, but I never get reboots, just systemUI restarts.

I guess if it aint broken, dont fix it. I'll keep with tw until a stable release is available
