Root Cyanogen 7.0.3 Force Closing Everything

Hey Folks,

I am running Cyanogen 7.0.3, everything was working great for a month or more. I noticed a few more Force Closes recently, but really wasn't too bad. Now though, it's become literally useless. Every App I open Force Closes almost instantly.

It started a couple days ago, and I noticed deleting all threads in my SMS messages would help, or completely stop the issue. But then it came back a day later. Deleted all messages again, worked for a day and started up once again. I am not confident though that that is the actual problem though.

I have plenty of storage, but the issue did seem to arise when I plugged the phone into the computer several days ago to clear out some space on the SD card. But like I said, there is plenty of space.

I am tempted to just flash over the ROM and start over. That I assume would definitely fix it, but am up for hearing suggestions before I do so. I did hear from a friend that there may be a way to Reset the ROM to original shape, without losing apps (maybe just lose app data). Is that something anyone is familiar with?

I had this exact same thing happen to me last week although I was running CM 7.1 final. I ended up downloading the latest cm7 nightly and installed it through clockwork mod and everything seemed to be fine after that.. I did have to uninstall and reinstall one app (scoremobile) that wasn't working right but didn't have to do anything else and everything seems to be good since. Like you everything I opened would force close within 15 seconds although phone calls and text messages seemed to be functional.. also for my location it would have "0". Really weird stuff.. I have been running cm7 for quite a while.
 
Running Cyanogen 7.1. This started a couple of days ago for me as well. Also happened about a month ago and I reloaded everything. NG Cache Cleaner worked great. So it seems. Thanks a bunch! No need to go unstable.
 
I ran CM 7.0.3 for a month or so. It worked OK until I stopped being able to make or receive phone calls. Flashed OMGB instead. It's not without its annoyances too (reading from the SD card is often quite laggy, and I feel like I have to reboot more often than I should) but at least I can make calls again.

I'm debating flashing something else or just dealing with it until the Galaxy Nexus comes out.
 
I ran into that same problem with every build of CM7 that I tried. I've been on MIUI for a while now and got the "everything FC" issue, but only after I switched to incredikernel. Reflashed back to stock MIUI and haven't had problems in a few weeks (knock on wood).
