Well he cant mount SD card or get into recovery. If he is using fake flash recovery via rom manager, this would point to an SD file system issue.
If he is using Vol down + power from off to boot into actual flashed recovery, this would be something else.
Cant really go any further without knowing this.

But how should i wipe... No recovery mode..
ant commands for terminal emulator...?

RUU then start again. You will lose all data though.
Wen i start RUU , my device doesnt stays in USB Debugging for long. it disconnects after a while. so the RUU terminates.
Any commands i can use in terminal on phone to help me ?
or is there a way to repair this through hardware ?
