hey guys not sure if this is any help but here is a link to a source code that giantpune was able to create for sprint users it has the vm tweaks in it for overclocking but also tweaks so that the wifi works. also has stock zv9 sprint boot.img

I have an Elite I can sell if that would help the cause. I'm hoping to move to straight talk with a Samsung Galaxy something or other. :)

Facts...
Asking about CM7 is going backwards and asking for CM10 before there's a stable source/CM9 build is jumping the gun. CM9 is nearly there once the camera is sorted and the EVDO/signal issues are addressed. 10 weeks or so using GB kernel source and piece mealing/porting 3.x kernel code...I think its moving along nicely. If in fact there are others here with coding skill I'm sure Phenom would welcome any commits that bettered the project and moved it along. Patience, support and logcats ladies and gents lol...that's what we need. :D

has CM10 been built yet? like does anyone have download for the ROM files/CWM?
 
Phemon has a build of JB booting and I belive camera still is not working and he says its more stable then CM9 right now. also he might fininsh CM7(Please do!)

I didn't say it was more stable than CM9 just faster. Also I did fix wifi on CM7 but the only thing that prevented release was video playback.

If it's not too much trouble, do you think that you could upload/PM me CM10? I'd be really excited to test it out for you. Hmm, CM7? I had BoltCM7 running on my Samsung Intercept before switching over to the OE. Which, by comparison, is like moving from a cave to Sunset Blvd. I'd love to see more of your amazing work!
 
I'm focusing on getting the camera to at least take pictures on CM9 before I work on any other rom. CM7 is close to a beta and CM10 is a pre-alpha. I would just have to solve the video playback issue for CM7. Camera doesn't work on either though but it MIGHT be easier on CM7 to fix but I’m not guaranteeing anything, plus I would have to resync the CM10 source which is huge. I still do have the links for CM10 and I'll post it in this thread but I don't recommend using it as your daily.

I wanted to see how much better my OE is over my old Intercept so I found it in an old drawer and booted it up. Ohgodwhy..so laggy. Even with CM7, it was horrible compared to the Elite. This phone may have its bad days, but..it could always be worse.
