SPOILER - {NOOB ALERT}
Forgive me if this has been posted before. I have had a look through some of the forums and cannot figure out how to do what I want to do.

I have just rooted my phone and installed the CYANOGEN MOD 7 Rom. I have installed Google Apps and restored most of my old stuff using Titanium Backup.

I cannot however get my Google Calander,Folder Organiser, Mini Info, Weather & Toggle widgets to work. The only ones I can get on are those pre-installed with CYANOGEN MOD7.

Can anyone help. Thanks in advance

if you are refering to the ones that come with htc sense then they are part of sense roms and you will have to find alternatives in the market for them

Thanks for the reply. The ones I am missing are ones I have downloaded from the market previously, not necessarilly Sense widgets, but ones I had backed up on the SD using Titanium backup. I might uninstall the apps and reinstall from the market. This may help.

Edit - This hasn't worked either :-(

just out of curiosity
you havent got it to force to sdcard have you? this breaks widgets
the setting in CM to force all apps to sd is not a2sd+ its actually gingerbread apps 2 sd which works the same way froyo did

Thansk for that info.

I think I might have. The main reason behind me rooting etc was to try and increase the capacity on the phone etc and I am sure when I have been looking through I have ticked a setting like that. I'll see if I can find it and change it.

Would this then cause the apps to be installed on the phone memory again??

Thanks everyone for their help. Just moved the apps to the internal memory and the widgets are back. You learn something new every day. Thanks guys.

so if you read the guide SUroot mentions it goes into the differences.
i think the thing you want is a2sd which moves apps to sdcard but the device sees them as internal so it doesnt break things like widgets etc.

in order to do this you will need to partition the card using gparted and then use the simple2ext (s2e) app on the market
