Root CyanogenMod 10 ROM (Jellybean) on the Fusion 2

My Huawei Fusion 2 u8665 is in a bootloop and my Clock Work Mod tools wont do anything about it I think its because I tried to install this cyanogen mod but after I wiped my cache,factory reseted and stuff I figured out an SD card was not in the phone if you can tell me how to fix this please do this is what happends when I try to turn on my phone: press the power it turns on at&t pops up and then it stays there forever... please help me!, thanks!
