Just want to give everyone a heads up. You can head over to the Inspire 4G forums @ xda to download the new CM7 kernel by attn1.
First you want to flash any of the CM7 builds, nightlies or stable, I'm running RC1 which works fine. Then flash the gapps file, make sure it's the hdpi 20110120 gapp file, the one optimized for Gingerbread, the other gapp file will take you into a bootloop. Then you want to flash the kernel by attn1.
Make sure you wipe first.
