Cm9 is ics

Cm10 is jellybean.

That's how the numbering system works. Cm7 is GB and 8 would have been honeycomb had Google released source

CM10 is not good on the OG unless it has made vast improvements recently. CM9 is perfectly suitable as a daily driver unless you need 4G and Front Camera.
