Root cyanogenmod ics rom flash help

OK so I'm rooted and I am a huge fan of cyanogenmod so I want to give their ICS rom a try. I downloaded the rom and the gapps, restarted in clockwork, backed up current system and cleared data. I then went to install from zip and I gets message about installation failing. Am I missing something here?

I was actually able to install clockwork recovery while using Odin. Seems like there really isnt a way to get "bricked", just have to try ways to get it back.

Follow the installation guide EXACTLY!!

IT IS POSSIBLE TO BRICK YOUR PHONE!!!!!

Use the kernel that it tells you to, that is the one safe recovery to use to flash this ROM. I have read about several stories about people bricking their E4GT during installing because they used the wrong version of CWM

On another note, the ROM is AWESOME!! I have been running the last few versions and I always use CM on all of my phones, and ICS is great on this phone!
