Root Cyanogenmod instructions don't work!!!

I have a nook color running v.1.4.1 , i was following the instructions to root via mac off of the cyanogenmod wiki website. I followed the instructions perfectly and it didn't have rom manager installed. it just pulled up a notification saying my sd card is damaged. I need mac instructions to install clockworkmod onto my v1.4.1 nook color.

doesn't work. possibly outdated or the new 1.4.1 software did something to it

Are you trying to:

1. Root 1.4.1!?
2. Install CM to external SD?
or
3. Install CM to internal emmc?

Each is done differently. You do not need to root stock for either CM install option.

B&N can't really block booting off of SD on existing NCs, so it's not 1.4.1.

Im trying to install cwm on my sd card using the terminal on OSX Lion. I have installed cm7 on my nook using windoows before but i restored it to try out 1.4.1 to see if it was a possible alternative, but it wasnt (big surprise), and now i am trying to reinstall cwm onto the sd card. I am trying to install cm7 onto the emmc (internal)
