Root CyanongenMod 7 Theme Problems

Maybe something else is using cache then. Do you have a2sd on your set up? If so is it dark tremor? If so, wondering if your dalvik is set to cache partition. You could a2sd cachesd from terminal emulator if this is the case, but it shouldnt be there as default.
 
not easily. Thats not the problem. The problem is your cache partition is being used by something you cant get rid of.

Now please answer my questions.
 
oh, no im talking a2s+ or apps2sd+ like in my signature. Youd know if you had it because you would have had to flash it separately.

Really not sure then.

I'd try to take a nandroid backup via clockwork, then do a full factory reset.

Then restore the nandroid via the ADVANCED menu, restoring individually only /data
