Help Dallas Area - PRI???

has anyone in the dallas able to get pri 1.4? i have done everything that has been suggested and i am still getting 1.3. i do get prl 60670.

i just finished these steps (but using fresh 3.2) xda-developers - View Single Post - Update your PRI with No Factory Reset and still a no go.

I am in plano and got it with the 768 method after a wiping everything

i will try that when im in frisco at school tue. thanks! so there is hope. not getting it in flower mound.
