Root Das Bamf ?

What kernel does it use? The latest one or should I apply 4.4.2 over it?

I believe it comes with 4.2c, but you can verify in phone info.

I am running 4.4.2 with no issues.

Yeah, it's either 4.2 or 4.3. Go ahead and flash 4.4.2 on top of it, you'll be fine.
