You can buy them on eBay for almost nothing.

I bought one and it has a cutout for the camera. I tried using iOnRoad (which I didn't feel was enormously useful) and it worked fine.

I bought one of these REPLACEMENT CAR VENT CRADLE CLIP KIT MOUNT HOLDER FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 i9500 | eBay a couple of weeks ago. I already had a mount that it fitted as it's a standard fitment.

I have the iBOLT car mount for the S4. It does not block the camera so it can be used as a dashcam. Verizon sells it.

I bought that grip and go from Walmart. The as seen on tv one. It was only ten bucks so I figured I'd give it a shot. It actually works really well. And no camera obstruction. I've heard people say that it loses stickiness but if cleaned properly it lasts. And my Speck Candyshell sticks perfectly to it. Could always give that a shot. Walmart takes anything back. Lol.
