I had something strange happen to me. Last night after listening to Pandora on WiFi, I turned off Pandora and WiFi and my Thunderbolt wouldn't connect for any data (E-mail, browser, market, Facebook, weather, etc...) over the air (3G at my house). It still makes and receives calls and texts but nothing else works unless it's through WiFi. I'm running it stock and I did a battery pull and a factory reset but that didn't help. My wife's DX2 had no problems so it isn't a network issue and I was at a loss. I then spent about an hour on the phone with a Verizon tech support rep (I was bumped up from the normal person to someone who seemed to know what he was doing) and he finally said that he couldn't figure out what was wrong. So, now I have a certified-like-new replacement inbound complete with a new SIMM card and I assume all this will be fixed with the new phone.
I had the latest OTA update (which seemed to have vastly improved the performance of my TB) and the only thing truly different I was running was Launcher Pro (I like it better than HTC Sense). So I was curious if anyone else had experienced this type of issue before or if I'm just unique.
Thanks for any feedback!
