Root Data connection is disabled

Would you like to reenable it?

I got this update twice today had to do a battery pull to get my 4 g back playing with settings got the 3 g back.. this is nit a issue with root because I had it do this before rooting , but it would not display this in the top bar
 
switch it -4g lte toggle, is the data switch app i am using to help concerve battery and keep it o 3g or less. sometimes you have to play with setting to get the data to come back on.
