Help Data connection not working

In the last day or so the data connection on my phone has completely stopped working so it is unable to connect to internet other than Wifi.

The apn settings are still correct and have not been changed.

When I activate the 'Mobile network' its status is permanantly 'Turning on...' and this does not change.

I have tried a factory reset which didn't help.


Any help would be gratefully received, thanks a lot!

Knowing the carrier might help us to tell you something. Not knowing, all I can suggest is that you check with their nearest store for help.

Apologies - The carrier is a Spanish one, Happy Movil. Have asked them and they have confirmed there is no problem with the line, so perhaps it is a handset fault.
