Help Data dropping??

Anyone else have a problem where your Nexus S won't connect to any data intensive app? One second I'm browsing the web on my phone the next second it won't go anywhere. This happens with apps as well. It shows I have reception and its green in color but I cant connect to the apps. I can make calls and send texts, though. Is this a phone issue or network issue?

Mine drops when I'm driving and streaming radio. I still have great reception, but the 3G drops and goes down to EDGE. But it was pretty cloudy and I tried it today with clear skies and it didn't drop.
