Help Data goes in and out all the time

T-mo Galaxy S2 - So within the last 2 weeks I'd say, my data just suddenly stops...what I found that I have to do is go into task manager and close anything running in RAM. When I clear the RAM out the data turns back on. For how long? Just depends. Sometimes 1 min sometimes 10 minutes. But if I lock the phone then go back in the data is back off. Have to clear the RAM again. What is happening??? Is there some App I have that is doing this? How can I tell which App?? I've checked my settings and I don't have it in some battery saver mode or App that would turn the data off.

Nope. No battery saver of any kind or virus protection.
