Root data issue after flashing cm 12 then back to btnv2

i keep having data issues also on cm 12 even aftr tskrnl my screen becomes unresponsive . is there a way to wipe evrythng from phone and start fresh ? i know u can flash back to stock but i need clean install dont know if you guys understand

never mind went back to stock i made recovery off on first root . seems like data issue with the other roms . bleh maybe flashing cm 12 n going back and fourth so many times is messn up my phone who knows

I was bootlooping like a pro till I flashed and wiped enough times...

lol im back on stock way stable .but like u mentioned befire those hals did a numer on my phone :/ we need origanl hals lol how can we?
