Help Data Roaming?

[androiduser96]

What is exactly data roaming? I can't seem to figure it out, sorry lol.
But can someone explain to me what does it do? Should it be on or off?

Thanks

Data Roaming is when you use data connections such as internet and email internationally outside of your carriers coverage.so just keep it off
