Help Data stopped working!!!! Help!!

Last night the data on my phone stopped working. Webpages don't load, apps don't work, etc. I can send and receive texts but data isn't working. The weird thing is that when I turn on the hotspot, other devices can access the Internet. I tried contacting Tmobile chat service but they couldn't help. I don't know what to do! Help please!
 
Perhaps this will be more help: when I open the facebook app, I get a message that says, "Cannot retrieve notifications. Please try again later. [Address already in use]"
 
I get the same damn issues with my phone. It will be working just fine and then out of no where the data will be gone and won't come back untill I leave the city (stegar) im in. T-mo said there are no dead spots where I live either.
Hopefully, the new update will fix it.

Have you tried turning off/on cellular data (via "4G widget", et. al.)?
