Help Data transfer from ZTE Warp (Dead LCD)

Good Evening All,

First time, long time lurker. Thanks for all the support you have given me in the past.

My conundrum. I had a ZTE warp from Boost Mobile until last week. Then the LCD died. The phone is till active, as I can "use" it from touch memory. IE: I can unlock the screen by swiping and feel the vibration. I actually called my wife as a test to see if I could still remember where the call button was.

Today I got a Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE from VM. I would love to get all my contacts, photos, and videos from that phone. Is there a way, without being able to see the LCD screen, to access these files?

I have tried but all I get is the driver install AutoRun folders for PC, MAC, etc which doesn't work, or I get a failed installation of device error.

Any ideas? Got some contacts I need, and a few videos of my daughter I would love to get back.

Thanks in advance

Did you happen to save pictures and videos to an SD card? If so, you can shut off the Warp, remove the card and put it in the Victory.

Also, if your contacts are saved to your Google account, signing in to Google on the Victory will bring up all those contacts.
