Root Data Usage Warning

So I got this warning, and I can't figure out how to get it to go away. Obviously we are unlimited data so it's just taking up space.

Yeah I'm not seeing a setting to disable it. I saw from a few forum posts that there is suppose to be an orange bar that sets when you get a warning, but I don't have anything like that in my settings.

I am having the same issue. Not sure how to disable either.
My Exchange account went crazy, it won't update any new mail after 2/21. I get the data usage warning, I go check to find out that within (10-15hrs?), it used up 1.85GB worth of data..
using Triumph CM9 v0.6.7 ROM

it's in settings like mobile network or something. There's a checkbox to disable/ enable the warning

Sorry, I am not seeing that option. Only to disable data, not the warning.
And I found out that hotmail servers are down, that's why I was not able to get emails after 2/21. And this seems to affect only my android devices (Transformer, Touchpad, TM). Emails are coming in fine on the iPhone 4.
