Help Data Usage

Hello,

My phone (htc desire) has suddenly started using loads of data (even when phone is not being used).

I installed spareparts and it seems the app "MyDocs" is using loads of data - I dont even have it open.It runs inthe background but when I try to stop it it keeps opening in background automatically.

There appears to be no setting in the app to turn this off.

What can I do?

Are you talking about My Docs-Google Docs?

If so, it is a beta version and as with all beta software, there is a risk of something going wrong. Uninstall it and try a reinstall. If that doesn't help, then uninstall it permanently.

Traffic Monitor Widget shows the usage per application (Wifi and 3G).

Not that I know of. However, you can measure the session usage by comparing the data balance in the beginning and end of session for each app.
