Help Data Useage Warning?

I am using Samsung galaxy tab 7.0. I had originally raised the horizontal bar to set the data usage warning to 3GB. Now l get the "Data usage warning. Touch to view usage and setting" notification which does not disappear and cannot be cleared. I went to settings wanting to raise the bar higher to 11 GB but I don't see the horizontal bar there anymore for me to raise. Why is this so? In the "More setting" there's also no other function to edit the data usage warning.

Btw how to attach a screen shot to the discussion thread to show you my settings screen?

I moved your post over to the Galaxy Tab 7 forum so you can get help from the folks with your device.

I have a data useage graph like that in my phone, but I've never had the bar dissappear.

Have yo tried to switch it over to wifi, then switch it back to mobile data?

Someone will be around soon to help sort you out, if the above doesn't work.

Bar disappears if you have mobile data turned off. Reappears when you turn it on. On the pictures it can be seen you have the data switch off. Its useless with data off anyway.
