At work 10hours a day my battery usually lasts 8 hours I turn off GPS and wifi I only need my phone to be a phone so was wondering if I shut off data will my phone still text and call

Yes shutting off data when not in use also saves a A LOT of battery

Yes, as already stated it will help a lot. Although I'm pretty sure you wont be able to send or receive pics, I'm not positive though.

That is right pictures need data to send (in some cases it'll turn on when sending or receiving and shut off when done) but if you are going to send or receive your best bet is to just turn it on

im going to try it tomorrow at work will let you know how the battery lasts then i only need it to be a phone at work thanks

turned off data wifi and gps worked 10 hours and phone still has 68% battery life
