data2sd on hd port

I'm using leedroid 2.3d now, but despite the app2sd +, I'm running out of memory. I'm thinking of switching to a rom with data2sd, but also want the new htc sense. Is there a way to get data2sd on a desire hd/z port. I've searched for ways to get data2sd working on roms like insertcoin hd and reflextsense hd, but I cant find any ways.

Have a look in the rooting forum. There's s thread called "using siberes data2sd" posted by Droidzone. I don't know if it works but you can try and let people know
