I'm beyond help - my poor heart speeds up every time I see someone move a day closer to my 6/3 order date. Damn it - this is TORTURE!!!!!

Mine too - although I think part of my problem is that I have less and less patience with it and it's neediness of battery pulls and cleaning of cache.

I'm really hoping I get it before next weekend! My heart skips a beat every time a FedEx truck passes my house. Its been the world's longest 3 weeks and this thread has been keeping me sane seeing Dincs being shipped out! almost there... i can see the light at the end of the tunnel!

I ordered 6.14 in store and called a csr and he told me ill have mine on friday 6.25

Sorry to be the one to bust that particular bubble but if you ordered from Verizon on 6/14 you won't be shipping until July unless the orders are caught up by then. They still haven't shipped most of the 6/1 orders so I wouldn't hold my breath. Sit back, bookmark this thread and stick around. We can entertain you and our Lurkers-that-have-their-phones-but-still-love-us will attest to the fact that the phone is great and worth the wait.

Oh just wait, the worst is when someone that ordered 3 days AFTER your date makes a post saying they got it, while your still waiting
CSR told me just that. That once the 6/1-6/7 hump is overcome in the next couple of days that they will be catching up to current faster. But im not holding my breath, just my BB Storm

Agreed, I think I am one of the last people to order on 5/28 still waiting for the phone while some people that order on 6/1 got their phones on Wednesday.....

I ordered 6/7 and was billed almost immediately. I don't think the VZW folks were right.
After 3 wks, here's what I've learned:
1) Ur Inc will usually be shippped 2-3 days before ur expected date, unless its the day before, or the day of ur ship date. Other than that, it will be after.
2) Everyone has been updated to overnight shipping for ur troubles. Except sometimes its 2 day, even if u were told it was overnight and sometimes its overnight even though u were told it was 2 day.
3) CSRs, over the phone, email, in the store, are knowledgeable about their company's equipment and/or services and can competently answer questions accurately and in a timely matter. Unless it concerns anything regarding the Droid Incredible. Then they are always wrong.
4) The Fedex trick works. Sometimes. For some ppl.
5). VSW will email you when they have shipped ur DInc early, on time, or late. But sometimes they just show up without warning, or even after u were just told it hasn't shipped yet (refer to lesson 3).
6). It will get to u when it gets to u and its worth the wait...

I was told the same thing, and while I was billed and still don't have my phone, I did receive $50 credit when I brought it to their attn. Worth complaining about.

Aah yes, I love the idea of a Dharmic experience rGood. To be honest, I have been checking this thread daily. I crave the delivery and yet I know it will only bring me temporary novelty. And so then you go to the app store, and browse and browse until your visual cortex is swollen. You obsess with the os and hardware until you know every little bit-o-crap about it. Then . . . what's my next distraction?

still waiting on my email, see my post above. only got that cause i emailed internetorders@hq.verizonwireless.com and asked

I ordered morning of 6/7 online at VZN, charge showed authorized on 6/8 on my cc online statement - MY DINC is due to ship on or before 6/28
6/17 - ordered
7/16 - ship date
They need to start sending out free cases or screen protectors for a little damage control, this is really unprofessional
I also went to a authorized dealer and put a deposit on one, they said they are getting em in every few weeks, so which ever one comes first, then i will cancel the other order
