Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

6/6 order.. Called VZW a moment ago and they informed me that I cancelled my order on June 7 (see my earlier post about this)!!!!

Mind you I spoke to them yesterday and they were expediting my order and "everything was peaches and flowers". Man did I give 'em hell today!!! They have a major incompetency, supply chain and logistical problem that needs worked out! The gloves are off. I'm done playing nice.

This forum provides great ammo against companies and their shit practices against consumers. As long as we stay informed they have no excuses anymore.

Want to give 'em a piece of your mind. Here's a direct line to Dan, a supervisor who has blatantly lied to me (and others for sure!) 910-794-7453

If I don't get my phone (with some freebies) by next week they just lost my business.
 
So on the VZW website. Incredible went from a Estimated ship date of 8/6 when checked this morning to now 8/9. What the hell is going on over there at VZ.

Oh my god.. I don't know how you're dealing with this. If it helps any, a few people on here were saying Amazon is better. If you feel it fit, someone said they ordered it yesterday, and got it today. If I were you, i'd cancel and get it that way, but hopefully you got some free stuff!

I know! I was looking at the site awhile back, said 7/22, a day later 7/23.. I was like shit! I need to get on this! haha

Haha Ya I'm definitely not complaining although it shouldn't take 2 days to go from west chester, pa to danbury, ct. Its literally a four hour drive which obviously doesn't have relevance particularly because thats not how shipping works. But I even checked the FedEx Ground transit time map and it said 1 day with ground shipping. O well I'm still getting it so it is what it is. Now I just have to get through this weekend and a work day then I'll have it:D Hope more people get some shipping notifications because its rediculous that they ship by location more than order date. Hope everyone lasts the weekend without anything dangerous happening haha

I'm excited for you! Good luck with it! I went to Eastern CT for two years, pasted the Danbury exit on the Merritt Parkway all the time :)
 
I ordered mine June 28th they said it will be in around July 27th. I am hoping it comes in a lot earlier, because I have been waiting less than two weeks and am dying! Come on HTC!

Got a buddy with a Evo who's going to charge my 1500mah battery this weekend, so it'll be ready to go Tuesday soon as I open the box :D.
 
Did anyone that has already received their phone get their tracking number on Saturday? Is there any way that I could receive my tracking number on a Saturday?
 
It's finally here!!!! It feels like I can now move on to the other side...of the forums. I have yet to open the box, haven't eaten all day.

I'm with Jrmckins...put the money used towards a phone into perspective...how many hot dates, how many "cups" at a party can you buy, how many bagels at Panera? I'm old so alcohol...not so fun, but PANERA rocks my socks!

I'm in NJ shipping from West Chester, PA.

So I'll see it Monday. Tracking says it's at the local Fedex.
Or does anyone know if you can pick up at local Fedex facility on Saturdays.

I'm with you Highdef. I have about 2 more weeks and my battery life on my Voyager is slowly becoming an issue. Today it lasted about 6 hours.

Man, I knew this was going to be what happened to you after reading you hadn't got it yet earlier. You never did get or see a refund or was it going to be charged to your account? Anyway, it sure stinks.
