Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

I ordered on 6/14. There have been a couple folks around here who ordered after me that have theirs already it has been reported. No dream killing there. I think it all depends on what distribution center you are served from. It sure don't look like they are going in order, that's for sure. I was in the local store today checking on mine again to ask someone different than I talked to yesterday. There was a guy there buying a case. He ordered on the 11th and got his yesterday.

6/28 promised ship date, with overnight shipping.
6/29 promised delivery date.

Actual ship date 6/29.
It's in California. I'm in NW WA.
Scheduled delivery before 3pm tomorrow.

And yes, I have a tracking number!

Finally a fellow 6/7'er. I feel better knowing a 6/7 order shipped, even if one so far. I'm still anxiously waiting for an email.

What time during the day do these emails come in most of the time. Anyone care to post what time they remember getting their shipping confirmation emails?

I called *611 today, got off the phone about 3:00. The CSR was incredibly nice and helped work out some problems the terrible TERRIBLE sales rep from the store caused (he barely spoke, but when he did, he called the DInc a "PDA").

More importantly, the CSR said that if we don't receive shipping info by tomorrow (I'm a 6/9, with a 6/30 ship date), we could expect an up-to-10-day delay. He said that nothing is certain, but that's what we could/should expect.

I'm dying.
 
Fed up with this. Going to Costco tomorrow and picking up a Motorola for one of my other lines. I will keep it if I like it and if not I will keep the incredible. At least it will keep my mind off of this waiting, calling, BS stories from CS. Let them restock one or the other. I can get the phone, home doc/car doc etc for a fraction of what I am paying for with this POS I am waiting for. And, it will get me weeks closer to ending my contract with Verizon. I can compare reception between the Motorola and the HTC at my cabin where reception is sparse. I will keep the one with the best reception. I feel better already.
 
When they say the Incredible's coming next month, they do mean the ones being ordered next month right??

Btw I'm talking regarding the Super TFT displays that are replacing the Amoled.
