Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

Just got off the phone with VZW, they told me they will no longer use FedEx to deliver the Incredible since people are not getting upgraded to overnight. The new delivery company is Santa Claus, and as you know he isn't due until December. As of July 4th, start looking for the fat man to bring your phones.

At least we get overnight shipping with Santa Claus!!!!!
 
I think your's may ship tomorrow. I was hoping you ordered online and got your phone first, then I could call them up and say "I ordered in store for $300 while people who ordered online paid $200 and they get their phone faster? BO JANGLE, BO JANGLE I SAY!!!!!!!!!!"
 
At least I did get to play with a working model at the local VZ store. It's awesome and so dang responsive. I was blown away... just blown away.
I've refrained from returning to the store and playing with it again. Now it's like staring through the candy store window when you know you aren't getting any. It's just so wrong lol.

I've been back to play twice, almost went again today. It's supposed to ship BY tomorrow, but hopefully by the end of next week...

i actually wonder if the people who ordered online get it faster or vise versa
 
I try to do that as well, but everytime someone posts their ship dates, I look at the calendar and see how long it took.
 
Well im glad a 6/7 shipped. I talked to a CSR earlier and this one told me that it will be between 2 and 9 days before it ships. This is after TWO other CSRs assured me it would ship within a day or 2....

this is ridiculous...but you all know that already..:)

Order went through 6/4 (because of the backorder, my biz rep couldn't place the order in his system...er so he says)
No confirmation yet.
From all of the 6/4 confirmations I've seen today, hoping I get it tomorrow or at the latest Thursday so I get it before the Holiday weekend. Like I've said before, I'm not holding my breath. This thread has probably saved me a lot of time and money seeing my therapist!

Well I guess all of us are getting this email. Let me think I paid them $300.00 but they are giving me $25.00 that I have to spend at verizon. Well aint that generous.

whats kind of odd is that my shipping date is supposed to be tomorrow, so i dont fall under the "june 28th or prior" category. this email doesnt technically say that my phone might be delayed
 
i dont know, but that 7 business day delay is actually a 12 day real life delay, really unacceptable if its actually more than that and they think offering me 2 dollars a day worth of overpriced accessories is somehow supposed to make up for anything
 
Can we use $25 gift cards for paying bills?

It may not be ethical (maybe), but I'm thinking of returning my case and car charger, than using the $25 to buy it back.

I got the exact same email.. Glad my Dinc is supposed to ship on the 30th, and glad I get 25 bucks :)
