Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

Ordered online store 6/9
Original ship date 6/30
Shipping notice 7/2
Overnight shipping 7/6
Destination: San Francisco, CA
Origin: Ontario, CA

One long weekend coming up.
 
I'm back..

Even though I canceled my DInc order yesterday, I received a shipping notice just now. My canceled phone should arrive on the 7th!

Oh, Verizon. When will you get your sh!t together?
 
Ordered: June 12
Told it would ship: July 3
Last week I was told expect it to ship July 9
Today I was told the real ship date would have been July 13.
On top of that the csr who I spoke to said an internal Verizon email announced that all Incredibles purchased before June 28th will be delayed one week.


I may have to switch to the Droid X, since I can actually receive one of those first.
 
My phone is stuck in Memphis. Put that thing on a truck and get it moving. Gees.

NEVER EVER BELIEVE A VERIZON CSR ! EVER!
I doubt your phone will ship that late. Others received similar emails and received their phones closer to the original estimated date. Check back a few pages. I ordered on June 12 as well and I expect mine to ship next week, Friday at the latest. Of course, I am an optomist :)

Figures it arrives the day I am going camping. Not going to activate it yet. I might toss my Storm in the lake in a drunken rage though. Hallelujah!!!

I can not believe how well the FedEX situation went. It actually arrived a few hours than it was suppose to. It looks amazing. REMEMBER!!! Charge it until it is green, unplug, turn on, turn off, and recharge until the orange light goes away!

Well this is a nice suprise. I've been following this thread and forum since I ordered my Incredible about 3 weeks ago.

I had an expected ship date of 7/8 with delivery of 7/9, so with all the horror stories I figured I had a nice long wait ahead of me.

Well I just received a package to my door and to my excitement it was my Incredible. (Actually 4 incredibles, everyone in the family share plan hadn't upgraded phones since '06 so we decided to treat ourselves).

I apologize to those who have delayed shipment. I'm not exactly sure how this happened.

Hi folks- Long time lurker here. I'm I 6/11er and didn't wantto post until my ship date got closer (7/9). Just wanted to let everyone know I got the phone today! No shipping notification. Ironically I was checking this thread and looking at Storks pic of his newly arrives phone when the FedEx truck squeeked up in front of my house.

There is hope! Lol

Hope they catch up over the weekend and everyone gets their phone by the end of next week
 
Ordered fr. Verizon, online, 6/8. Promised ship&deliv dates, 6/29&30. Apology email estimating up to 7 business days delay and promising a $25 certificate by mail received 6/28. Verizon text msg. same as email, but estimating up to 8 days received 7/01.

Must have been a software glitch (or operator glitch) because I expect the text should have been a ship notice. Droid received this a.m., 7/02.
