Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

How were you able to see that it was shipped out? Did they send you an email early or u looked on fedex? I'm a 6/13er
 
I am about an hour north of you. When you make your "it has shipped" post, I will stick my head out my office window and see if I can actually hear you. :D

I am confident that yours will ship soon. Keep the faith, brother.

You will hear me.. have no doubt lol. With an hour distance between us you won't likely have to stick your head out of the window lol.
 
My question is, as of right now on the website it says ships 7/29... so if i order it today 7/02 will they take the payment now or when it ships? Any answers would be apperciated

Unless their policy has changed, they take money up front and ask questions later Icon. I had mine order put on my billing... thinking I'd have the phone prior to the bill.

If you order in-store, you can have the payment credited to your account, so you will pay it when you pay your next phone bill.

Otherwise, online, you will pay immediately
 
Ok now I'm starting to get anxious seeing all of you getting yours quicker than anticipated which is freaken awesome. I'm expecting mine on 7/14 and I'm praying I get it before next Thursday. I KNOW I KNOW; "NO FREAKEN WAY"!

Just got off the phone w/Verizon Tech Support, due to no signal on my Dinc - When I say no signal I mean none, signal bar is gray as well as 3G symbol - Neighbors Verizon Storm 9530 has 4 bars and 3G
Tech Support said that they have been getting lots of calls and returns with this problem - it appears to be an HTC issue.

I am now on the "list" for a Droid X to ship on 7/15 overnight :(

I hope nobody else has this issue with their new phone....


NOTE: I have a bunch of Dinc accessories brand new if anybody is interested, drop me a message or email

Ordered: 6/9 Online VZW
Supposed to ship: 6/30
Shipped: 7/2
Should Arrive: 7/6 by 3pm
Destination: St. Louis, MO
Shipping From: Memphis, TN

Yeah I am disappointed to say the least, both Tech Support and Customer Service said replacements would not be available until sometime in August :eek: and suggested I move to the Droid X or any other phone that I wanted, I told them I wanted the Dinc and that is when they mentioned the August time frame to me with no guarantee it would work any better :(
 
I have heard of people already gettin a replacment for the first one they got that was messed up. I would call them back and tell them about that and complain somemore!!!!!

I can't blame you for jumping ship rm. You've been a trooper in here but one wait is enough for anyone. Besides, the X is supposed to be kick butt too.

Once I saw the 6-11s going out I called verizon to get my order number and destination number so I could track Fedex as I have no faith in verizon information. While I was talking to her I asked about email notifications. She said my box wasn't checked to allow all notifications to my email. She checked it for me. Then today I got a confirmation email from Verizon with my Fedex tracking number. I use that number on the Fedex site for status updates.
