6/8'er here and received my DI today (7/2). I've got to say, I have barely delved into all it can do and it is Wonderful. Love this device. Of course I just upgraded from the most irritating in my life - the LG Dare.

I feel for yas. I'm the same with my 6/10 order. Communication leaves somewhat to be desired. You can always call custome service.. they know nothing but it's somewhat entertaining. Hang in there.. your order has to be coming up very soon.
