A little know fact: Toilets are cell phone magnets! Your order just has to be right around the corner. Hang in there.
CALL em. That's what they are getting paid for. You don't have to cuss them out or belittle them.. they aren't making or shipping them. Just curtiously ask if there is any information on your ordered Dinc. It will make you feel better and it's often amusing to hear them graon when you say you've ordered a Dinc lol. With a 6/8 order date... yours should show up any time... and likely without an email letting you know it's on it's way.
That's how it works.
My instore order said ovrn shipping. Was shipped today and supposed to recieve tomorrow. Please understand it isn't here until it's here no matter what they say. Normally once in Fedex's system, their deliver predictions are pretty much right on.
most businesses don't bill until they at least ship the thing.

Hey....this is my first post and i've been watching the topic prob. since I ordered the phone (6/11) just hoping... no, praying that it gets here by the end of the week cause the wait is getting worse the closer I think I am to my phone haha... and what makes it worse is that my friend got his last week and he shoves it in my face everytime he sees me because he knows mine still hasn't showed up on my doorstep lol....
Welcome aboard. You are stronger than me.. I waited just a couple of nights and had to leave a message so there was someone in the world that might feel sorry for me lol. My family went about two days listening to me before they turned a deaf ear to the entire matter. Next came the glaring looks when I mentioned the phone and lastly they started giving me that brief wave... you know.. the one that only uses one finger. In here though.. man.. everyone is in the same boat and understands.. and cares.
This is the family we all deserve lol.
With a 6/11 order you have to be next in line. My 6/10 shipped this morning. Some 6/10s received their phones today. Some elevens and twelves have shipped and some even received. I think you are so close you should be able to smell it.

Waiting... My Car Mount and Charger arrives tomorrow then my Dinc arrives on Thursday!!!

hahaha... yea i know exactly what your talking about. my mom listened to me for about a couple of days then i started getting the cold sholder from her and now its the usual "uh huh" like shes not really listening to me haha.. but yeah I can only hope i'm next in line or atleast up there. and congrats on your shipping info.. and yea i'll deff let other 6/11s and others after know that its worth the wait when i finally get that bad boy in my hands lol

Well every one i called Verizon And asked information on my Dinc.. she told me "It hasnt even shipped yet".... lol ... So i canceled it and waiting to order The Droid X on the 15th..
For everyone who is going to wait at the store. i feel sorry for you guys... because your not going to leave with the X in your hand i hope you were not expecting that. i asked her and she said its a PRE ORDER DATE. She also told me that she "doesnt expect as much as of a delay as the Dinc... Also told us that is the first phone in over a year that has been back ordered

It is on the receipt: Location code_order number(with enough 0's in front to = 9 numbers)
Enter it in the reference field with everything else besides account number and if it is in FedEx's system, then it should pop up.

but surely the Dinc has taken a lot of potential X buyers out of the loop.

favorite feature(so far) is the other day i was leaving store and just fot sh*ts and giggles i hit the voice command from home screen(works on any screen) and said navigate to **** main st and instantly a friendly life like voice started telling me how to get home. LOVE IT!!!!
Do a search on this thread, i don't remember exactly off the top of my head but its been explained a couple times in here. Something to do with your location code and order number and you can check your shipping status with out tracking number
you can reach a live person 24/7, i had to activate mine over the phone at 3 am when i got home from work, just stay on line and hit i think 0 when it tells you to call during business hours.
To many to list all but CONGRATULATIONS everyone who received. Olbriar you are close, just hang in there. And Redsox i'll be waiting to hear you got activated!!!
