Well I'm still waiting for my 6/27 order to ship, I called CS tonight around 9pm and finally got to the bottom of the holdup. When I ordered (in store) I debited $175 of the $235 total, and had the sales rep charge the difference to my account. It seems that the amount never got billed to my account and my order showed a partial payment and wouldn't have shipped until that difference showed paid. I've been calling CS for a status since last Thursday and none of them caught it until tonight.
I finally spoke with a manager, who promised that this matter would be straightened out tomorrow morning. and that I should receive my phone sometime next week. I told her that that was totally unacceptable and that the sales rep who sold me the phone promised me that I would get my phone by the end of July and that every CS Rep that I talked to told me that my phone was scheduled to ship on the 28th and I'm holding them to their word.
I'll let you guys know how things go tomorrow. I will have my satisfaction
