Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

I ordered mine on 5/6 around 4:30PM and had it in my hands via fedex delivery at NOON 5/7... I think it shipped from texas. Highly impressed!
 
Make sure when you order online you use the code FREEOVERNT for free overnight shipping. Otherwise they stick you with 2day or charge you $9 for overnight.
 
ordered on 5/5, got it on 5/6. i was worried about the will ship by may 14th message but it all worked out good.
 
i ordered it on 5/7 through customer service over the phone after calling 14 corporate stores and it was sold out within 500 miles of me (I live in the metro Detroit area). They said they have it "in stock" and i was promised I would get it by this Friday 5/14. The CSR just called me 5 min ago to tell me that it hasn't shipped yet and probably won't until 5/21 now. Words can't describe how furious I am right now. I should've just said screw my $100 NE2 and just got it from BB where they have plenty. I'm very upset with how VZW has been handling my order.
 
Ordered mine 5/5 and the phone page said it would ship 5/9 .. However, It shipped that day and I got it before 4pm on 5/6.

That sucks but at least they're keeping you up to date. Better than if they said nothing and you had to call on 5/14 when it didn't arrive.

Why not just go to vm via the notification?

I hope that mine, ordered May 7 will arrive today... I want it!! It's like the days leading up to xmas as a kid... only this time I don't know when xmas actually is!! lol

true, but at the same time i called five different CSR people and they all told me different things every time. When I ordered, the CSR guaranteed me it would ship by the 14th, so i believed him. Other people ordered online that same day and have already had their phones shipped. Why are they prioritized? I'm just ranting now, but i never get lucky like other people here, so congrats to them but I'm just pissed lol. I'm wondering if I can find it somehow in a corporate store today whether I can cancel my previous order and still use my NE2 credit and buy it in stores?
 
I live in the north east and ordered my phone yesterday morning. No shipping notification as of yet. I'll update when I finally get it.
 
I ordered Mine via net on the 9th. When I check the order number it says my order has been "processed" and that it should arrive in 2 or 3 days. Fingers Crossed! Can't wait to say goodbye to my Krave! :D

Absolutely not. thats what i spent most of Friday and saturday trying to do. I ordered Friday at 5, and I first tried to cancel about 3 hours after when I found out two other stores nearby had it in stock. They told me it was impossible. I was told today by another CSR on the phone that those people were lying. he then told me that since the few days had gone by it actually was impossible now, but who knows, maybe he's lying too!

Phew! Finally received my shipping notification today. Can't wait to see the FedEx delivery guy tomorrow.

I got a shipping notification on the 9th saying it would be delivered today (the 11th). I opened up the box to find it was the second phone I ordered (a Samsung Intensity). I thought both would ship at the same time. I called Verizon and was told Incredible orders on the 8th will be shipped by the 14th (even though the message on VZW said the 29th for me).
