Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

I b.s.'d the rep I talked to yesterday by saying people I know who ordered when I did - on the 12th - already had them... she said she didn't see how that was possible at all. I guess she was wrong.

I ordered on 5/12, also online. I'm in Illinois. Have gotten no shipping info yet.
 
Just got off the phone with a vzw rep and she said orders placed between the 9th and 12th are supposed to ship by 5/28. I placed my order on the 10th.

Yeah, that is essentially the same response I got, until I gave the guy his order number. He had a "WTF" tone on the entire time, it was kinda funny. He has absolutely NO clue how it shipped, or why. He was convinced it was some kind of glitch.

Who knows, all we can do is wait :P
 
I live in Illinois, ordered mine on the 9th. My message was also changed today to: "Your order has been processed and will be shipped based on inventory availability and shipping method. You will receive shipment notification and tracking details via email" but I have not received any emails or anything else stating that it has been shipped. In the same boat with everyone else... waiting!...

I was starting to get concerned hearing all these other people getting their tracking numbers until I saw your post. I ordered in store on the 10th and also in Illinois. Hopefully we will find something out soon.
 
You guys ordered on the 9th and are getting it on monday? I ordered on the 8th and still have heard nothing, maybe because of where you live?

hmm most people that ordered on the 8th already got their phones...maybe you should give them a call.

ordered 5/10 and still no email :/
 
I called them on the 19th and was told it would ship by th 28th, guy was kind of rude, I guess they're tired of everyone calling about it.

These messages are just for online orders correct? This is what I get when I look up my order. Ordered on the 12th.

"We do not have a record of Order Number XXXXXX. Please verify that you have the correct number and try again. For additional assistance, please contact us."

Yeah, If you ordered in a store, you cannot check your status online. You have to call the store. If vzw has your email I think they might send you emails, but I haven't gotten any.
 
With all this time I have to wait, I am tempted to read the manual and research apps for the Dinc. Does that mean that by the time I get it I will be board with it already? Had the Strom for 6 months, then the Storm 2 for 6, and now getting the Dinc. Don't really want to get a new phone in 6 months again. Com'n VZW get me my phone already...

Placed an order today (5/21) for my DInc at a VZW store for home delivery. Any educated guesses when I may get it? I'm supposed to call the VZW store rep back tomorrow and he will have tracking/status info for me to look online. Thought someone who placed a recent order may have an idea...
 
Ordered 5/9 from Vegas... FINALLY got my tracking number today! woo! I'll have my phone by Monday 5/24.

Shipping from Ontario, CA as well.
 
FINALLY got my shipping confirmation. Estimated delivery is Monday before 3pm. I live in Southern California and ordered online on 5/9
