Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

5/25/2010 here They said it would ship BY June 15th UGH Seriously, I have an Eris that is a POS now and has a mind of its own, literally failing me but yet I got a long wait ahead of me.. IF verizon wouldnt have ordered the WRONG phone to begin with and send me it only for me to turn around and have to call fedex to stop it and return it to verizon I would have had my order in May 23rd. What I dont get is that is a replacement for the eris NOT a phone because of an upgrade or nothing...The manager gave me a "special 1 time deal" he left me get an Incredible to cover the Eris being junk..it takes the place of the Manufactures warranty..So ya I got the Incredible phone for $0.00 so no cash out of my pocket...I keep hearing so much of this I got a 2gb sd card and a micro reader in mine blah blah...True or no?
 
Long-time lurker, first time poster.
Ordered on 5/22, was told four days ago it would ship on the 3rd. Called today and was told it would ship on the 5th (Saturday?). Rep called me back 30 minutes later and informed me that all 5/21, 5/22 and 5/23 orders would ship out by the 11th.
Argh.
Nice of her to call back though.
 
All of these 5/20s are getting me excited. At this rate my 5/24 order should be shipped by next Thursday and I should get it by Monday, the 14th (My ship by date).

I know what you mean. It'd just be my luck for that to happen with me, too. Either that, or I won't hear anything and the next thing I know FedEx will leave a note stuck on my gate at the end of the driveway saying they couldn't deliver because of the locked gate. Had that happen before even though I have tried umpty-billion times to leave our gate code with them! If UPS can keep our gate code in their computer, you'd think FedEx could too, but they can't.... or won't.

Finally got shipment notification, although it's a day later than I had hoped -- really wanted to get it before the weekend. Oh well. At least it's coming.

Ordered Online: 5/18
Online "Ship By" Date: 5/8
Shipment Notification Received: 5/4
Estimated Delivery (Overnight): 5/7

EDIT: Located in Northwest Arkansas. Shipping from Memphis.

In the Reference number box enter #######_$$$$$$$$$ where ####### is your 7 digit location code and $$$$$$$$$ is your order number. If your order number is less than 9 digits enter leading 0's. For example if your order number is 123456 you would enter "000123456"

P.S. I also received a free 2gb microSD card with mine even though I didn't call and complain about anything. So I'm guessing they are sending them to everyone.
 
So I just got off the phone with VZW and the rep said my phone will be shipped on Monday fedex overnight. I ordered it on 5/28 witha ship by date of 6/18 so it looks like there running ahead of schedule. I usually am very patient and never call but I suggest you do, You might be surprised.

Shipped: June 3rd 2-day shipping
Expected arrival: June 7th by 7pm

Email recieve at 1:52 pm today. Has been shipped! It will be here 6/8!

I highly doubt that this is correct because a lot more 5/20-27 would be going out today.

I honestly was pretty skeptical at first but he reviewed everything twice and verbally confirmed order and shipping dates. I have no reason to troll about this because I really hope he's telling the truth.

Yea...I doubt it too...sure would be nice. I'm a 5/24 over the phone. But maybe we'll get lucky, not every incredible buyer is stalking this forum.were they able to confirm tracking info for you?
 
just an FYI i ordered 5/18 and i just recived my phone no idea where it came from as i declied delivery (bought mine at best buy over a week ago) hope that helps someone
 
No email but I tracked it via FedEx using my location and order numbers.

If anyone from Oregon or Washington wants the exact times/places of FedEx's 2-day travel activity, I can post the tracking for my husband's phone. It came from the World Service Center in Ontario, too, and I'm sure they are identical.
