Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

I'm 6/4 and FexEx just came in delivering a package about the right size. I jumped up and was thinking "YES!" but it was something else. : (
I'm crushed. lol

is this a root question? If it is there are loads of threads about it - and I'm pretty sure I read about cyanogen somewhere. (I have no idea what any of it is but I've read damn near everything there is on this phone)

I got the private sale discount (in addition to the once in 2 yrs) and total was $61 for my DInc.
 
Yet another 6/2 here waiting for the end of the day, either for shipping notification or the chance to vent my frustration to a Verizon CSR. I called ~10am and was told that it would ship today and that she had never seen a DInc order go out late. Here's hoping...:mad:
 
6/1 here. Called and actually got a tracking number which currently doesn't work because of FedEx's technical difficulties. The CSR did see that my shipping date should have been 6/22 but it's shipping today for delivery tomorrow.

Keep the faith. :)

it will probably be 2 day if you didn't pay for 1 day the roomer was that ever one got bump up to 1 day becuse they are back ordered but that was not the case for me i got 2 day

ordered over the phone: 6/2
will ship by: 6/23 (TODAY!)
shipped to: manhattan, new york

i've called cust service a few times over the past 3 weeks, they always seem to be annoyed like they know ive been calling constantly

1st cust rep: told will ship by 23rd, will get e-mail notification
2nd cust rep: will ship by 23rd, will get e-mail notification
3rd cust rep (called yesterday): will ship ANYTIME AFTER the 23rd, no need to call back for tracking # because phone will get here before fedex will have time to update their systems....

sooo the 23rd is TODAY!!! it is currently 1:30pm here, no notifcations, nothing, how much longer should i wait before calling again?!?!??

They know its the DInc'ers calling and they are tired of us. Lol. The guy I talked to earlier said he has had 2 calls for things other than the DInc tracking in the past week - that's it. Just 2. Everyone else has wanted info. I would call now! Screw 'em - that's what they are getting paid for - to take our insane calls.
 
So I called CS yesterday evening to complain about the 2day shipping I got when I was told I'd get overnight. I knew they couldn't change the shipping method because the package had already been picked up. However, I was hoping she could do SOMETHING. Nope. I told her I wont be here tomorrow (which isn't entirely false, I will be gone for about 2 hours) and the reason the CSR I ordered with was giving me overnight was so I could get it today since I'd be home all day. Nothing. She tried to give me FedEX's phone number so I could call and arrange something with them after they make a delivery attempt. I declined.

Anyway. It could have effing been here in a day. It's been sitting in the FedEX facility in Memphis since this time yesterday (I live in central NC). Not. Happy.

Just got off the phone with a VZW CSR. Got some good news! The guy did some searching, i know this because he put me on hold for 10 mins. Came back and stated that my phone is scheduled to be shipped out tomorrow later afternoon or early Friday morning. I'm a 6/5'r. FWIW, I've called them 3 times in the past 10 days. Each time they told me at the latest it will be shipped 6/25.

LOL....well the first step is admitting that you have a problem....I knew I had a problem the day after I went home with no incredible....LOLOLOL
 
Odered 6/6, processed 6/7, promised 6/28.

Checked order status online: everyday

Called CSR: 3x's to make sure everything is on schedule. each time they said the same thing... "they don't know anything"

Times checking this a day: 20
