I'm a 6/4 and have been on this forums everyday at work for the entire day. I call into customer service 2x daily and just want my damn phone to get here. Until it comes I cant stop the urge to call customer service since I haven't gotten anything for shipping even when i upgraded the other lines on the account. Is there any help for my condition???

So happy to see I'm not the only one that refreshes CONSTANTLY - it's even gotten to the point that I sit down at the work computer, punch in, then sign into Android Forums.
same here baby! I turn my comp on, which signs me in, then I simultaneously open up my e-mail and browser to come here, then I keep this up all day and refresh periodically for a 1 min break from work haha.

If it's marked as 'home delivery' that may be the case. BUT....as soon as you have tracking call FedEx and have them put a note in that its a business and your hours.

I'm a 6/3 too - I stupidly went with the free 2nd day which could be my undoing. I would love to punch something too - I can't stand the thought of another weekend DInc-less. (Good thing I made sure to plan things that would keep me mostly occupied though in case it didn't show up).

Ok, so here was my latest OCD call with a VZW CSR... (the abbreviated version - we were on for 30 min)
Me: Hi, I am calling to check the status of my order.
Her: I see your order, hold on while I check.
Me: Sure
Her: Ok, so, I see you ordered on June 2. According to the chart, you should receive your order no later than JULY 9.
Me: (trying to keep my cool) July what? I was told it was going to ship today. I have called several times and when I ordered the phone your website said June 23 was my ship date. Is that inaccurate?
Her: Well, these phones are on backorder and I am seeing that they will not ship until July 9. But it may ship before that.
Me: So, you are telling me that you have inaccuracies on your website?
Her: I am sorry. There have been a lot of orders for these phones and they are on backorder.
Me: REALLY! Because I know someone who ordered 5/31 and her ship day was 6/21 and she acutally received it on that day.
Her: Please hold. I want to take a look at your account.
Her: Thank you for holding. Well, I can see that you have called several times (DAMN RIGHT I HAVE) and each time you were told that it would ship on the 23rd, so, there may be a chance it will still ship today. You may want to try back after 6 pm.
Me: you know I will!

OK... WTF.... I am not really giving up hope that it will ship today, but really people? Get your poop in a group here and stop misinforming people. Just so you know, I will be calling back promptly at 6pm if there is not an email or tracking number provided... and there will be hell to pay at VZW if I don't.
