Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

I know it is not YOUR fault, but I sorta hate you... and I am now more angry than I was before... I think it is time to harass a CSR at VZW now who's with me? :(:mad::(:mad::(:mad:

Shipping notification: 6/23
Fedex tracking: not working, due to iphone 4

WILL HAVE IT IN HAND TOMORROW COURTESY OF VERIZON OVERNIGHT SHIPPING!

6/2er here 1st post

this phone is driving me crazy and I havent got it yet. what sucks is I sold my Droid, placed order and had to go back to a BB curve. I cant wait to shoot my curve off the fence post if I ever get my DINC...

Called VZw was told my in store order did not get processed until after 5pm on 6/2, so in effect it was like placing it on 6/3, she said. Also that the rep didnt tag my email so I have to call back tomorrow and the next day and etc until my tracking shows up. Was told that since I ordered in store that they probably didnt give me next day shipping and that if it goes out tomorrow that I wont get it until Monday Or Teusday.

GREAT glad its only a phone...good news is hopefully the droid x will come out when it is susposed to and I will be in my 30 days incase I dont like this phone. at least that is what I keep telling myself.

good luck 6/2ers I hope you all get your phones by the weeks end
 
Just called CS, figured it's been 2 hours since the last time, the lady ass*cough*ured me that I would get it on Saturday.. see the problem. Either way, SHOULD ship tmrw! Lets hope lol. 6/03 order, in corp store, St. Lawrence County NY.
 
now fedex is killing me i want to see the updates and see where my phone is but NNOOOOOOOOOO there updating is just as bad as Verizon is with customer supervises is with us

Well it looks like I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Ordered on 6/1 on Verizon.com
Promised Ship Date: 6/22
I received my email notification this morning 6/23. I will receive it on Friday 6/25.

Good luck to everyone still waiting that ordered in the beginning of June.

lol....I played with it several times in the store and then the day we went to added my mom and upgraded my daughters I was all set to get my Incredible but when she said it would not even come in till the 24th (which has changed 3 times...lol) I was like.....man get all ready to get it and then go home with nothing...lolol...I guess that is what I get for playing with it!

Maybe 6/11 orders just got a lucky bump. The EXACT same thing happened to me!
 
so i just got off the phone.....yes again, with VZW CSR and she was nice as a button :) She said that she referenced another account to see what was going on and why 6/2 orders haven't shipped. She said by the looks of it, it's pushed back one day (not too bad) but i know you all (just like me) one day is like 1,000 years. She said the other account who ordered on 6/1 with a ship date of 6/22 shipped actually on 6/23 and she said this is what will happen to me and (hopefully all 6/2 and going further orders) until they get their shit back on track.

So i told her how much i was disappointed with CS (not her) and how a promise is a promise.. so she gave me one month free on my next bill :) THERE ARE STILL NICE (AND KNOWLEDGEABLE) *omg did he just say knowledgeable???* people in CS. So i will be expecting my shipping info (they upgraded me to overnight) tomorrow morning :) so that means i'll have my phone BY FRIDAY!!!!!

Same here. I had a lady who was the nicest person I've talked to. Granted she didn't know a single thing haha I told her today was my promised ship date, so she looked up the ship dates and said, "You are correct, today is your ship date. Give them til tomorrow at 7pm to make sure they ship it out, they may be a day behind."
 
I've been reading this thread since yesterday, it's making me soooo much more excited to get my Incredible! Here's my info:

Location: Upstate NY
Ordered From: VSW Store
Order Date: 6/6
Est Ship Date: 6/25

Called customer service today, confirmed order, confirmed ship-to address, and she said there wasn't any tracking info on the order so that means it hasn't shipped yet, but it should ship on 6/25. I checked my receipt, and it says that I have free overnight shipping, so here's hoping I get it soon. I have no way of tracking the order which is sooo annoying, if there is an email address on the order, it's probably my dad's...

The worst part of the waiting for me is when I'm away from my laptop or the internet in general. I have an LG Dare that was just replaced under warranty because the screen just stopped working... in replacing my phone I lost all games, it's not worth it to buy them all over again for just a few weeks, so I can't do anything on my phone and it's driving me crazy!!!

WAIT ONE SECOND.... Your a 6/4 and your phone shipped? I call BS. I am a 6/3 and I know mine didn't ship yet. If this is true Verizon if really on my Sh1t list cause I switched 5 phones away from AT&T for this AND am paying an extra month of service because of their delay in getting phones out.

This is truely a terrible product launch
