L legalkill Android Enthusiast Jul 21, 2014 #2 SOLVED: I moved the apk from the system app folder from my gs3 (alliance Rom) to the G3. it wasn't coming up after reboot. I just had to change the correct permissions on the file and it has since come up. PM If you need/want the apk.
