Help DD10 low volume issues?

I just noticed this morning why the volume is so low. The sound is coming out of the ear hole and not the back speaker. Is there any way to fix this?
 
I believe it's a known bug with DD03 when you use the speech-to-text or speech search function. Sound starts playing through the earhole instead of the speaker on the back. The fix is to plug and unplug headphones or either reboot phone.
