Help Dead Droid Turbo

I need to try and flash a new factory image to my droid turbo. I downloaded an update that failed to install and now the phone won't boot past the motorola logo screen. I tried doing a factory reset, but that didn't work either. Can someone walk me through the process of doing this?

You need the factory image and the program rsd lite.

Just out of curiosity, what update were you trying to install?
