dead pixel :(

so, just found a dead pixel on my ~14 day old rezound ugh!

anyways, i bought it from wirefly.com, but is this a manufacturer warranty issue? and if so, can i go through the Verizon store rather than wirefly? also, would it be any problem getting this replaced with it being unlokced and rooted?

Doesn't fit the whole screen...but I already know I have a bad pixel. I tried some of the pixel fixes with no luck

The pixels are so tiny on this phone, I don't know how anyone could notice a single dead pixel. That said it sucks and is a factory defect call Verizon cs.
