Can you post a screen shot? Download Antutu tester from the play store and you can check all of the pixels with different colors to see if it's dead or stuck.

I returned the phone today and got it cheaper, but this one has the same issue. It looks like light coming from the back panel instead of dead pixels. Its hard to notice unless you look really close and at a certain angle, other than that you can't see it.
